The in2orbits dual-chain system

enables comprehensive management of material recycling and emission data

TRACEABILITY & REPORTING

Traceability & Reporting.jpg

The in2orbits dual-chain system offers comprehensive carbon footprint management and traceability, tracking the flow of materials throughout their lifecycle to ensure transparency in recycling processes and emissions management.

By achieving 100% dual-chain circulation of material carbon emissions data, the system helps businesses meet sustainability goals and enhances accountability across the material lifecycle.

Material Flow Management:

Fully Traceable Waste Processing

The in2orbits dual-chain system’s supply chain module ensures transparent management throughout the entire waste processing journey—from waste removal to sorting, remolding, processing, and reuse. Each stage of waste treatment is clearly marked and recorded, preventing material loss and providing clear information on the final use of recycled materials.

Waste Source Tracking

The system accurately marks the origin of waste, ensuring traceability and classification of construction and renovation materials after removal.

Processing Progress Monitoring

Once the waste is received at the processing center, the system updates the sorting and remolding status of each item in real-time, ensuring that the treatment is completed at the most appropriate stage.

Recycled Material Management

The system automatically generates material processing progress reports, allowing users to clearly see how each material is transformed from waste into recycled products, even providing details on the final use of these recycled materials.

Data Chain Tracking:

Comprehensive Environmental Data Support

A key feature of the in2orbits dual-chain system is its powerful data chain tracking capability, focusing on recording and reporting environmental data and carbon footprints throughout the waste management process.

Carbon Footprint Monitoring

01.

Construction and Demolition Waste Management

LEED Criteria:

Option 1: At least 50% waste diversion, covering three material streams (1 point); at least 75% waste diversion, covering four material streams (2 points).

Option 2: At least 75% of waste is not sent to landfill (1 point); at least 95% of waste is not sent to landfill (2 points).

in2orbits’ Contribution:

•Provides standardized dismantling and sorting processes to ensure the classified recycling of construction waste, improving waste diversion rates.

•Handles various materials, including wood, metal, plastic, glass, and concrete, helping projects meet the requirement of four or more material streams.

•Offers waste dismantling and circular utilization analysis reports for commercial spaces, supporting the waste management plan required for LEED certification.

•Ensures materials avoid landfills through recycling, resale, and remanufacturing, increasing the potential for higher LEED scores.

Maximum Score:

2 Points

02.

Building Life-Cycle Impact Reduction

LEED Criteria:

Reuse of Existing Building Materials: At least 25% reuse (2 points); 50% reuse (4 points); 75% reuse (5 points).

Life Cycle Assessment (LCA): A 10% reduction in carbon footprint compared to a baseline building earns 3 points.

in2orbits’ Contribution:

• Dismantle and recycle reusable building materials (e.g., reclaimed wood, metal, and plastic panels) to reduce the demand for new materials.

• Provide a full-process analysis report on building demolition and material circular utilization to support LCA assessments.

• Optimize the carbon footprint of building materials by minimizing waste, helping projects meet LCA requirements.

Maximum Score:

8 Points

03.

Material Ingredients

LEED Criteria:

Using Cradle to Cradle (C2C) certified materials earns 1 point.

in2orbits’ Contribution:

• Provides sustainable materials that meet Cradle to Cradle (C2C) certification, supporting LEED certification.

Maximum Score:

1 Points

04.

Recycled Content

LEED Criteria:

Recycled materials (including pre-consumer and post-consumer) making up at least 25% of building material procurement costs earn 1 point.

in2orbits’ Contribution:

• Recycling construction waste into reclaimed wood, plastic, metal, etc., to meet the required recycled material usage ratio.

• Provides material composition reports to specify recycled content.

Maximum Score:

1 Points

05.

Extended Producer Responsibility, EPR

LEED Criteria:

Selecting suppliers with an Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) program earns 1 point.

in2orbits’ Contribution:

• Provides recycling and reuse solutions to ensure materials can be recovered at the end of their lifecycle, meeting EPR requirements.

Maximum Score:

1 Points

06.

FSC Certification

Fair Trade

LEED Criteria:

Using FSC-certified wood earns 1 point.

in2orbits’ Contribution:

• If in2orbits provides FSC-certified reclaimed wood, it can help projects meet this LEED scoring requirement.

Maximum Score:
