Jeremy founded IN2ORBITS with the vision of turning waste into a new generation of circular materials, products, and business models. He leads the company’s overall strategy, innovation roadmap, and long-term growth, connecting market needs with material regeneration, supply chain infrastructure, and measurable circular impact. Under his leadership, IN2ORBITS has evolved into an end-to-end circular economy platform serving brands, retailers, real estate owners, and design-driven industries.

With more than two decades of experience in China's luxury, fashion, and beauty industries, Dominique has focused heavily since 2019 on guiding these sectors through vital sustainability transformations.

Jerry Liu

Jerry anchors IN2ORBITS’ downstream recovery capabilities, leading the development of resource recovery systems and MRF-related operations. His expertise supports the practical infrastructure behind circularity: material collection, sorting, recovery, disposal pathways, and resource redirection. By strengthening the operational backbone of the company, Jerry helps ensure that diverse waste streams can be managed responsibly and transformed into viable inputs for regeneration and reuse.

Sylvia Shu

Sylvia focuses on the commercial operating system behind IN2ORBITS’ growth. Her work connects business planning, financial discipline, organizational development, and project operations to ensure that circular economy opportunities can be converted into executable and profitable business. She helps structure how projects are priced, managed, coordinated, and scaled, supporting the company’s ability to serve corporate clients with consistency and accountability.

Dr. Xiafu Shi

CTO, Digital Traceability & Carbon Intelligence

Dr. Xiafu Shi

Dr. Xiafu Shi leads the development of IN2ORBITS’ digital material passport database and traceability system, enabling transparent tracking of materials from dismantling and classification through downstream remanufacturing, regeneration, and reuse. He holds a DPhil in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford and brings over 20 years of experience in environmental engineering, sustainability technologies, environmental systems modelling, data analytics, and carbon reduction.

Yangmei Cai

Director, Circular Strategy & Solutions

Yangmei Cai

Yangmei leads circular solution development for corporate clients, translating business needs, waste stream challenges, and sustainability goals into practical project strategies. Working closely with operations, material, and supply chain teams, she helps clients identify circular opportunities, assess feasibility, define project pathways, and build solutions that are commercially viable, operationally executable, and aligned with IN2ORBITS’ circular economy priorities.

Cassie Gu

Cassie focuses on circular solutions for the built environment, including retail spaces, office interiors, fit-out waste, visual merchandising materials, and renovation or dismantling projects. She supports clients in identifying recoverable materials from physical spaces and coordinating circular pathways that transform construction, interior, and operational waste into reusable resources, regenerated materials, or new applications.

Unsold Goods & Brand Asset Circularity

Béatrice Zhang

Beatrice focuses on circular solutions for unsold goods, brand assets, and product-related waste streams. She supports clients in managing inventory, packaging, branded materials, gifts, and other post-commercial assets through responsible recovery, redesign, upcycling, and productisation pathways. Her role connects client needs with practical circular outcomes that protect brand value while reducing waste.

Jason Dong

Jason manages material audit and circular operations across project sites, supporting the practical execution of dismantling, sorting, classification, disposal, recovery, and traceability work. His role is critical in turning on-site waste streams into structured material data and actionable recovery pathways. He helps ensure that materials are properly identified, separated, documented, and directed toward compliant disposal, recycling, regeneration, or closed-loop solutions.

Xiah Ni

Xiah manages circular supply chain and manufacturing partnerships, with a focus on suppliers and factories capable of processing recovered materials into regenerated materials, components, or finished products. She supports IN2ORBITS in building supplier networks across different materials, processes, and regions, helping validate manufacturing feasibility, cost structures, sample development, production capacity, and scalable circular pathways.
